In case the design chosen does not quite meet your taste and you prefer another MEIJERHOF piece, there is also the possibility to exchange it. It is important that you notify us of your wish to exchange your piece within the 14-day exchange period by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which piece you have chosen instead. If you are not quite sure which design to choose instead, or if you are unsure, do not hesitate to ask us questions. We will of course be happy to advise you. Afterward, we ask you to return the unworn and intact design in its original packaging.
If you are 100% sure that you don't want to keep the piece you ordered, we are sorry, but we will accept your return request as long as the 14-day return period has not expired after shipping your order and the piece shows no signs of wear. In this situation, you are welcome to send us an e-mail and we will inform you about the further procedure. Please make sure that you return the piece well packed and in its original packaging so that it arrives safely. As soon as the return package has reached our office and we have carried out the quality check, you will receive the money-back from us.
It may take up to 10 working days to process your return or exchange package after we receive the return package.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior notice.
- Personalized pieces cannot be returned.
- Items bought on 'Sale' cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that the shipping costs for exchange or return packages have to be paid by yourself.
- In case of a return, the money will be transferred back to the account from which the purchase was initially made and only after the goods have been received and processed.
- If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - for example, it might apply to items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
